Just one phone call and the comfort level was built. Best is they provide Swing chains, clamps, wall fixtures, etc all in the package, as mentioned on the website. No hidden costs.
Further minimal exchanges on WhatsApp. Booked on website after seeing online pictures on their website. Booking to dispatch was within a week, delivery another week.
Came perfectly packed in cardboard & bubble wrap. Assembling is also easy & carpenter fixed the swing by watching the demo videos sent by Ajay.
